Zachrus "Junior" Eastridge

Zachrus Ray "Junior " Eastridge,age 69 of 515 A , C Street, Eden,NC passed away Thursday morning, December 20, 2012 at Moses Cone Hospital.

A funeral service will be held 2 pm Sunday at Fair Funeral Home with burial to follow at Meeks Cemetery.

Junior was born January 11, 1943 in Spray, NC to the late William and Elizabeth Hopper Eastridge. He was a US Navy Veteran and a member of the Church of the Living God. Junior retired from Tri-City Cab Company.

Surviving is his wife of 51 years, Carolyn Patterson Eastridge of the home; son, Mark Eastridge and wife Viviana Gutierrez of Bogota, Colombia and daughter, Tammy Holden and husband Andrew of Midway, NC.; sisters, Robin Shropshire and Mickey Carter of Eden; grandchildren, Heather, Greg, Sean and Elizabeth Eastridge, Mark and Savanna Leigh, Jessica Cuevas.

The family will receive friends on Saturday evening at Fair Funeral Home from 6 -8 pm and other times at the home.
