William "Fuzzy" Stewart

William “Fuzzy” Stewart, 71 of 462 Cascade Ave Eden, passed away Monday, Decemeber 17, 2018, at his home.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, December 22, at Ridge-view memorial gardens with burial to follow. The family will receive friends following the service at the graveside.

William was born July 14, 1947 in Leaksville, NC, to the late Dillard P. Stewart and Ola Mae (Gilley) Stewart.  He was a veteran of the United States Marines where he served in Vietnam, a member of Leaksville Masonic lodge, and retiree from Miller brewing. Mr. Stewart also loved cars, guns, and hanging out in the shop with friends and family whom he loved.

He is survived by his daughter, Lisa Stewart McKinney of Reidsville; special friend, Patrick Willard and wife, Angie and daughter Hunter Willard of Eden; special friend Calvin Dowell of Florida; and two grandchildren, Sydney Layne McKinney, Brooke Shea McKinney,

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son in law, William “Billy” McKinney.
