William Kenneth Alcorn

William Kenneth Alcorn, 86, of Eden went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at UNC Rockingham Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.

A funeral service will be held at 11am Friday, May 24, 2024 at Fair Funeral Home Chapel in Eden with burial to follow at Ridgeview Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 4-6pm Thursday, May 23, 2024 at Fair Funeral Home.

William was born August 29, 1937 in Rockingham County, NC, to the late Otis Alcorn and Rozelle Flynn Alcorn. He worked as a spinner at E.I. Dupont until his retirement. 

Surviving are his daughter, Deborah A. O’Dell and husband, Colin “Dan” Daniel O’Dell; brothers, Jimmy Alcorn and wife, Ruby Alcorn, Wayne Alcorn and wife, Debra Alcorn; several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Otis and Rozelle Alcorn, and his loving wife, Frances O’Dell Alcorn.
