Walter M. Reynolds

Walter M. Reynolds of 1145 Manning St., Eden passed away Friday Febuary 5, 2010 at his home. Funeral services will be held on 2 pm Monday February 8th at Fair Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Ridgeview Memorial Gardens. Mr. Reynolds was born in Meadows of Dan, Va. October 26, 1920 to the late Grover Reynolds and Della Shelor Reynolds., He was a WWII US Army Infantry. He was retired from the City of Eden and spent his early working years at Wayne Jones Ford as a Salesman and in the Parts Dept. Walter was a member the Spray Baptist Church. Preceding him in death along with his parents , was his first wife, Edith Lawson Reynolds , brothers; Gerald and Galen Reynolds and sisters; Louise Reynolds and Gaynelle Spangler. Surviving is his wife; Alma Pyrtle Reynolds of the home, daughter; Pam Stephenson of Raleigh, step son; Ron Amos of King N.C., granddaughters; Ashley Stephenson Teeter and husband David of Raleigh and Amanda Stephenson also of Raleigh. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Memorial condtributions may be made to Hospice of Rockingham County Po Box 281 , Wenthworth, NC 27375 or Donor's choice.
