Virginia Adams Hilton

Virginia Adams Hilton, 92 of Eden, passed away Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at Annie Penn Hospital in Reidsville.

A graveside service will be held at Noon Friday, February 14, 2025 at Lawson Cemetery in Eden. There will be no formal visitation per her wishes. 

Virginia was born October 10, 1932 in Rockingham County, North Carolina, to the late James Lewis Adams and Bernice Martin Adams. She worked as a secretary for Rockingham County Building and Inspections Department until her retirement. 

Surviving are her daughters, Ginger H. Smothers (Jerry) and Sheryl L. Hilton (Angie); grandchildren, Hunter Smothers (Jamie), Megan Smothers Byrd (Jeremy), Greyson Altamirano-Hilton, Remy Spencer Altamirano-Hilton, Bryan Hilton (Ashley), Jason Hilton; great-grandchildren, Claire Byrd, Lilly Byrd, Charlotte Smothers, Bennett Smothers, Blake Hilton (Maddie), Collin Hilton.
