Veronica Ethelda Hailey Grogan

Veronica Ethelda Hailey Grogan, 79, of Eden, NC, passed away Sunday, October 30, 2022 at Penn Nursing Center in Reidsville.

A funeral service will be held at 2pm Thursday, November 3, 2022 at Fair Funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Eden. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service, from 1pm-2pm, at Fair Funeral Home Chapel.

Veronica was born February 28, 1943, in Rockingham County, NC, to the late Harry Vasco Hailey and Iantha Gertha Phillips Hailey. She worked as a data entry clerk for McLean Trucking Company for 13 years. Veronica loved reading, going to the beach, and staying at their beach house.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Leon Grogan of the home; son, Michael Ray Grogan of King, NC; grandchildren, Hailey Rae Grogan and Joshua Taylor Grogan.
In addition to her parents, Veronica is preceded in death by her son, David Wayne Grogan.
