Velma Deloris Curry Smith
June 28, 1950 — January 5, 2015
Velma Deloris Curry Smith, 64, of 1126 Carolina Avenue in Eden, passed away Monday morning, January 5, 2015, at Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro.
A memorial service will be held at 3 PM on Thursday, January 8, at Fair Funeral Home Chapel with a viewing and visitation to be held from 2 - 3 PM prior to the service.
Ms. Smith was born June 28, 1950 in Rockingham County, NC.
She is survived by her daughters, Kim Stewart and Tanya Smith, both of Eden; sons, Timothy Smith of Eden and Robert Smith of Hillsboro; 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchild; mother, Vera Curry; three brothers and five sisters.
Preceding her in death was her father, James Marshall Curry, a brother, a sister and a grandchild.
