Tina Smith Stout, 52, of Bel-Air, Maryland, passed away Saturday, August 17, 2013. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 14, at Matthew's Chapel Church on Smith Road in Stoneville. She is survived by her husband, Richard Stout of Bel-Air, MD; two daughters, Keela Carter of Madison and Terry Trumble of Alabama; son, Ralph Wall, Jr. of Maryland; step-daughter, Dana Raymond; mother, Virginia Birge of Martinsville, VA; and sister, Donna Odell of Eden.
