Timothy Morrison

Timothy Wayne Morrison, 59, of 4800 Horizon Drive, Pleasant Garden, NC passed away Monday afternoon, January 29, 2018.

A funeral service will be held 2 pm on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Fair Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Overlook Cemetery.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the chapel from 1 - 2 pm.

Mr. Morrison was born August 31, 1958 in Ft. Sumpter, SC  to the late William Stuart Morrison and Jewel Rigney Morrison.  Timothy worked for Ameritech in Greensboro. He enjoyed fishing, watching sports, talk radio and drinking beer.  Timothy loved spending time with his grandchildren.  He will be greatly missed by his family and all they knew him.

He is survived by his wife, Phalla Hinh Morrison of the home;  three sons, Sophath Hinh and wife, Jessie of Charlotte, Wayne Morrison and wife, Allison and Benjamin and wife, Brittany, all of Greensboro;  and daughter, Monica Paula Morrison of Charlotte; six grandchildren, Donovan & Leonni Dimeo, Jodee, Bryan, Zoey and Hailey Morrison; aunts, Marlene R. Thorton of Greensboro, Rebecca Wandling of Smithfield, VA and Jo Anne Pilcher of Hampton, VA and  niece, Cayla Dillon.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Teresa Morrison; nephew, Jason Robins; brother, Marion Morrison.
