Timothy Matthew Shelton

Timothy Matthew Shelton, 59, of Eden passed away Monday, December 26, 2022, at his home.

A funeral service will be held 2pm Monday, January 2, 2023, at Fair Funeral Home Chapel in Eden. Burial will follow at Overlook Cemetery in Eden. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service, from 1-2pm, at Fair Funeral Home Chapel.

Tim was born March 5, 1963, in Leaksville, NC, to the late Henry Matthew Shelton and Myra Bell Shelton. He was a graduate of Morehead High School and received his Associates Degree from Rockingham Community College. He worked as a computer programmer and also worked part-time for the Board of Elections of Rockingham County for many years. Tim was of Presbyterian faith. He enjoyed fishing, shopping, and cooking.

Left to cherish his memory are his sisters, Judy Shelton of Greensboro, Pam Armstrong (Mike) of Eden, Shelia Thompson (Jerry) of Greensboro; several nephews and cousins.
