Tammy Goldston Smith

Tammy Goldston Smith, 65 of Eden, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 24, 2026 at her home.

A graveside memorial service will be held at 2pm Friday, October 30, 2026 at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. The visitation will be held from 1:30pm – 2:00pm at Roselawn in the Mausoleum.

Tammy was born May 26, 1961 in Rockingham County, North Carolina to the late Wayne Goldston and Janice Vaughn Goldston. She was a member of Spray United Methodist Church. Tammy enjoyed working puzzles. She loved taking care of her loving husband, Sam.

Surviving are her husband, Sam W. Smith, Jr.; sons, Stephen Hylton (Abby), Brandon Hylton (Jessie); daughter, Jessica Martin (Derrick); grandchildren, Cheyenne, Lauren, Callie, Noah; sister, Amy Maness; special pet, Minnie; nieces, Jennifer Westfall (Greg), Amanda Edwards, Brooke Dunn (Tyler); special cousin, John W. Smith.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Wayne and Janice Goldston.
