Tammy Lynn Woodard Morefield

Tammy Lynn Woodard Morefield, 59, of Eden, passed on March 3, 2022, at UNC Rockingham Health Care in Eden.

Tammy was born December 12, 1962, in Rockingham County, NC, to the late James Samuel Woodard and Naomi Frances Woodard. She worked as the store manager at Builders Mart in Eden, NC. Tammy was Baptist by faith. She loved going out on the lake and relaxing on the boat. Tammy’s family was her priority.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Gary Morefield; sons, Phillip Hedgepeth of Eden, NC, Brant Morefield of Chapel Hill, NC; daughter, Mindy Goodrich of Manhattan Beach, CA; 9 grandchildren; brother, Michael “Mike” Woodard of Stoneville, NC; sister, Kathy Hill of Reidsville, NC.

In addition to her parents, Tammy is preceded in death by her brother, Terry Woodard.

A private family memorial service will be held Saturday, March 12th, 2022, at the Morehead Fair House, 420 Boone Rd, Eden, NC 27288.
