Susan "Holly" Hollis Hoover

Susan “Holly” Hollis Hoover, 61 of Eden, passed away Sunday, July 13, 2025 at Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro.

A private family service will be held at a later date.

Holly was born March 26, 1964 to the late Harold “Wink” Hoover and Beverly Simpson Hoover. She worked at Vocational Rehabilitation in Conway for over twenty years. Holly enjoyed movies and the ocean. She loved all people and animals.

Surviving are her sister, Wendy Hoover; sister-in-law, Vickie Merritt Hoover; nephews, Burt Jenkins (Cara), Brandon Raeburn (Allison), Philip Raeburn, Wiley Hoover (Audrey); great-nieces and -nephews, Avery Jenkins, Caroline Jenkins, Luke Rogers, Jacob Raeburn, Charlotte Raeburn; special animal, Mac.

In addition to her parents, Holly is preceded in death by her brother, Joe Hoover.
