Ryan Douglas Burroughs, 34, of Eden, NC, passed Monday, October 17, 2022 in Eden.

A funeral service will be held at 1pm, Monday, October 24, 2022 at Fair Funeral Home Chapel in Eden, with burial to follow at Ridgeview Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 4pm-6pm Sunday, October 23, 2022, at Fair Funeral Home. The family will accept friends at other times at his home, 923 Center Church Rd, Eden, NC 27288, and the home of his mother, 133 Wimbish Rd, Eden, NC 27288.

Ryan was born September 14, 1988, in Eden, NC, to Frank Otis Burroughs, Jr., and Tanya Renee Rice Smith. Ryan worked as shop manager and tow supervisor at Scott Automotive in Eden. He loved his job and all the people there. He loved to fish. Ryan was a family man. He spent most of his time in the tow truck with his wife, Brooklyn. He loved his kids and being with them.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Brooklyn Odell Burroughs; children, Ryalyn Brook Burroughs, Bentley Douglas Burroughs, Jaylon Warren; parents, Tanya Smith (Ken) of Eden, Frank Burroughs (Lisa) of Greensboro; siblings, Heather Crawford of Eden, Frank Burroughs, III, of Eden, Makenna Jones of Eden, Crystal Grann (Adam) of Reidsville, Rachel Jones (Isaac) of Greensboro; maternal grandparents, Doug and Angela Rice of Moss Point, MS; paternal grandmothers, Barbara Burroughs of Lexington, NC, Annette Burroughs, Reidsville, NC; special friends, Tyler Corum, Glenn Kirkman, Cody Hogan, Shane Ratliff, Tommy Branch, Stephen Swift, Willie Crawford, Matt Bailey, Chris Meadows, Donnie Scott, Wilbert Darden, Evie Scott.

Ryan is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Eunice Rice; paternal grandfather, Frank Burroughs, Sr.
