Roy Lee Sigmon

Roy Lee Sigmon, 70, of 636 Grove Street in Eden, passed away Thursday morning, December 20, 2018, at UNC-Rockingham Rehabilitation and Nursing Care Center in Eden.

A memorial service will be held at 7 PM on Wednesday, December 26, at Redemption Point Church in Mayodan with Pastor Kenny Daniels officiating.

Roy was born April 29, 1948 in Rockingham County, NC,  to the late Clifford Russell Sigmon and Edna Walker Sigmon.  He was a member of Redemption Point Church in Mayodan.

He is survived by his special nephew and caretaker, Russell Sigmon and his wife, Jennifer and their children, Taryn ( T-Karen) and Graham of Eden; nieces and nephews, Anita Cardwell of Greensboro, Angie Strader husband Ray, Corrina Bowman husband Rick, and Tracy Sigmon and special friend, Faye Ashburn all of Eden.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his three brothers, Russell Sigmon, Sr., Ralph Sigmon, and Ronnie Sigmon.
