Ronald George Mckenzie

Ronald George McKenzie, 73, of Eden, NC, passed away Tuesday, December 27, 2022, at his home.

A memorial service will be held at 11am, Saturday, December 31, 2022, at First Baptist Church, 533 Greenwood St, Eden, NC 27288.

Ronald was born April 15, 1949, in Toronto, Canada. He served in the United States Army. Ronald retired from Cone Mills in Greensboro, NC, as a Computer Technician/Programmer. Ronald was a member of First Baptist Church. He enjoyed Bible study and loved the Lord.

Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Jennifer Bryant and son-in-law, Wade Bryant of Hanover, PA; son, Brian O. McKenzie (Ashley) of Reidsville, NC; grandchildren, Makayla, Devin, Brian, Dylan, Reese, Gia, Channin.

Ronald is preceded in death by his wife, Janice McKenzie; his father, George Offen; and granddaughter, Arianna.

"Daddy/Papa, as we are left here without you, we know the second your spirit was set free Mama/Grandma was waiting there with her hand out for you. You are together again, and for that we know you're truly happy again. We will miss you Daddy/Papa, now go walk the beach hand in hand with "Your Girl" for all time."
