Roger ?��Ǩ?�Darrell?��Ǩ�� Cayton, 61, entered into the gates of heaven on Friday, November 13, 2015 with his loving wife, Honey, of 7 years by his side. Darrell will be remembered by many as ?��Ǩ?�Mr. Clean?��Ǩ�� and for his contagious smile. He loved camping, working in his yard and riding his Harley Davidson. Darrell was a loving husband, ?��Ǩ?�daddy?��Ǩ��, papa, son, brother, uncle and friend who will be missed by all who knew him.
Funeral will be held at 1:00pm Monday, November 16 at Dan River Wesleyan Church (191 Dan River Church Road) with Pastor Eddie McClure officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents, father Roger Cayton and wife Judy Cayton.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife Beverly Cayton, step daughter Wendy Whitaker and her sons Michael and Austin, step son Aaron Light, his wife Lacey, and papa?��Ǩ�Ѣs boy Cameron Light, his fur baby ?��Ǩ?�Bambi?��Ǩ��, mother Doris ?��Ǩ?�Dot?��Ǩ�� Cayton, sister Gale (Gary) Moore, nephews, Dennis Moore and his daughter Jessica Moore and granddaughter Hannah Hyler, Dale (Jeannie) Moore and his son Ty Moore, Mother-In Law Shirley Spain, sister-In-Law Evelyn (Jim) Demson, brothers-in-Law, Eric and Ronald Cowan, several aunts, uncles and cousins, Nancy and Bill Brammer and longtime friend, Leon Smith.
The family will receive friends at Fair Funeral home on Sunday, November 15 from 6 to 7:30 pm and other times at his home 123 Brandywine Drive in Eden.
