Rodney Scott Fain

Rodney Scott Fain, 66, of 1554 Ashley Loop in Reidsville, passed away Monday, March 16, 2020, at his home.

A PRIVATE funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family. He will be buried in Overlook Cemetery.

Rodney was born November 12, 1953 in Leaksville, NC, to the late Herman Odell Fain and Margaret Shockley Fain.  He was a retiree of Equity Meats of Reidsville.

He is survived by his son, Scotty Fain of Eden;  mother of Scotty, Virginia Dale Purdy Fain;  sister, Lisa Fain Hutson and husband Kerry, of Eden;  brother-in-law, Tommy Franklin of Eden;  sister-in-law, Ann Purdy Mason and husband, Bob of Chilhowie, VA;  and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Debra Fain Franklin.
