Pencie Ann Grogan Price

Pencie Ann Grogan Price, 70 of 231 N. Oakland Ave. Eden, passed away peacefully on Saturday morning December 18, 2010 at Brian Nursing Center. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday at Fair Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Carter-Grogan Family Cemetery in Stoneville. Pencie was born September 8, 1940 in Rockingham County to the late William & Grace Trent Grogan. She graduated from Rockingham Community College and was a Legal Secretary. Pencie was preceded in death by her parents and a son; Eric Benton Cooke. She is survived by daughters; Cameron Cooke Coltrane and Lisa Cooke Eaker, a son; Jesse Wayne Price , grandaughter; Erica Nicole Cooke all of Eden , sister Lucy Grogan Sweeting of Newport, NC.
