Paul Wilson

Paul Wilson, age 82 of Highway 87 in Eden, went home to be with the Lord on December 15, 2010. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday at Fair Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Overlook Cemetery Paul was born in Spray, NC to the late Eugene and Alice Parker Wilson. He owned and operated the "Pit Stop" on Hwy 87 (Ridgeway Road) for many years. He was a US Navy Veteran and of the Baptist faith. Survivors include his nieces and nephews; Phyllis Quinn, Phil Osborne, Beth Walker and Victor Osborne of Chattanooga, Tn. , cousins; Phillip Wilson of Roanoke, Va. and Lloyd Thomas of Statesville, NC. He was preceded in death along with his parents, his sisters; Pauline Wilson and Elizabeth Wilson Osborne and a baby brother; Eugene Wilson, Jr. Many thanks to his cousin Chris Ramsey for his kindness and help to Paul.
