Paul Harden, Jr.

Paul Harden, Jr., 77 of Eden, passed away Sunday, January 11, 2026, at AuthoraCare Hospice in Burlington.

A graveside service will be held at 3pm Saturday, January 17, 2026, at Mt Carmel Methodist Church Cemetery, 361 Mt Carmel Church Rd, Ruffin, NC 27326. A visitation will be held from 5-7pm Friday, January 16, 2026, at Fair Funeral Home Chapel in Eden.

Paul was born January 16, 1948, in Rockingham County, NC, to the late Paul Harden, Sr., and Charlotte Ann Robertson Harden. He served his country in the U.S. Army, serving during Desert Storm, and spent 16 years in the National Guard. Paul was a Mason, Leaksville Lodge 136. Paul retired from the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office. He also worked as a truck driver for Carolina Freightways. Paul loved playing golf at Lynrock Golf Course.

Surviving are his wife, Judy M. Harden of the home; son, Todd Harden and Jessica of Eden; grandchildren, Blake Harden and Emily of Orlando, FL, Tyler Bowman and Brittney of Madison, Brooke Dalton of Eden; sister, Fondra Cobb; special golfing friend, Glenn Manuel.

Paul is preceded in death by his parents, Paul Harden, Sr. and Charlotte Ann Robertson Harden.
