Patricia Griffith

Patricia Ann Jamison Griffith, 76, of 1004 Lawson Street, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on June 11, 2016 at her home.  

A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at Osborne Baptist Church with Pastor Steve Griffith officiating.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service (10-11 am) at the church and other times at the home of son, Steve Griffith, 533 South Hamilton Street, Eden.

Mrs. Griffith was born in Portsmouth, OH on August 31, 1939 to the late Charles Jamison and Nina Lyles Jamison.  She was of the Baptist faith and a member of Osborne Baptist Church.  She loved her family deeply and was a loving wife.

Mrs. Griffith is survived by her beloved husband of 59 years, Pastor Dewey Griffith; her children, Rhonda Miller (Cody) of West Palm Beach, FL, Robin Yarber of Eden, Steve Griffith (Jenny) of Eden, Jim Griffith (Jeanette) of Corona CA; grandchildren, Stacy Donahoe, Christopher Donahoe, Sarah Griffith, Stephen Griffith, Joshua Yarber and Chloe Griffith; great-grandchildren, Shayanne Donahoe, Stephanie Donahoe and Summer Beneby; two brothers, Butch and Denver Jamison.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her sisters, Virginia “Jenny” Bussey and Chris Jamison; brother, Ronnie Jamison.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Patricia’s honor to Osborne Baptist Church; 326 East Stadium Drive, Eden, NC 27288.
