Nancy Carol Bateman Coleman

Nancy Carol Bateman Coleman, age 76, of Ridgeway, VA., passed away, Friday afternoon, April 19, 2019 

A funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at Fair Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Tim Harville. Interment will follow at Mt. View Cemetery, Ridgeway, VA.  Family will receive friends Monday evening April 22, from 6:00-8:00pm at Fair Funeral Home.

Ms. Coleman was born July 22, 1942 to the late George and Daisy Curry Bateman.  Along with being a Homemaker, she loved Elvis Presley and was a very giving person.  She loved living life to the fullest, but most of all she loved her family and grand-daughter.  Nancy will be greatly missed by all that knew her.

Nancy is survived by her two sons, Jarrell Coleman, and Phil Coleman, and wife Gail; grand-daughter, Sidney Coleman; step-daughter Libby Stafford; Three sisters Louise Nance, Elizabeth Stone, Doris McClung; and many nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Philip Coleman and several brothers and sisters.
