Mildred Jean Citty Pistilli

Mildred Jean Citty Pistilli, 80, passed away early Monday morning, August 4, 2014, at Morehead Nursing Center in Eden.

A graveside service will be held at 11 AM on Thursday, August 7, at Ridgeview Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Pistilli was born April 26, 1934 in Bedford County, VA, to the late Dick and Jean Bush Citty. She was a former shipping clerk with the Fieldcrest Store in Eden and was of the Catholic faith.

She is survived by her three daughters, Tina Kallam, Marie Jarrell, and Patti Pistilli, all of Eden; three grandsons, David Kallam, Christopher Williams, and Jonathan Williams; granddaughter, Hannah Kallam; and brother, Raymond Citty and wife, Emily, of Bedford, VA.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Major Edwin Pistilli and four siblings.

The family will receive friends Wednesday evening, 6 - 8 PM, at Fair Funeral Home and other times at the home of her daughter, Tina Kallam, 500 Carolyn Ct, Apt. 5-A in Eden.
