Mary "Juanita" Norman Fulcher

Juanita Norman Fulcher, age 90 of 11547 NC Hwy 87 South, Eden, passed away on Thursday October 1, 2015 at Morehead Memorial Hospital.

A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Monday at Mt. Hermon Baptist Church with burial to follow in the Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Fulcher was born January 14, 1925 in Elkin, NC to the late Earnest G. Norman and Mildred McCann Norman. Juanita was a graduate of Leaksville High School, class of 1943. She was a member of Mt. Hermon Baptist Church where she was a former Choir member. She loved to bake and decorate cakes and share her cooking with others.

Preceeding her in death along with her parents are brothers, Frank Norman, Sr. and Ralph Norman.

Surviving are her husband of 64 years, Herbert H. Fulcher, Jr.; daughter, Cheryl Fulcher Barbour and husband Chuck of Greensboro; sister, Edwina Norman Yeatts and husband George of Asheboro; nephew, Frank Norman, Jr.of Eden; neices, Teresa Norman Perdue of Browns Summit and Rhonda Norman Stone of Eden.

The family will receive friends on Sunday afternoon from 4 - 6 pm at Fair Funeral Home and other times at the residence.
