Mary Louise Harris

Mary Louise Harris, 87, passed away on Friday August 7th at Wesley Long Hospital in Greensboro, NC.

A visitation will be held at Fair Funeral Home, Tuesday August 11th from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. A private graveside service will be held at a later date.

Mary was born January 22, 1939 to the late John William Craig and Mary Lillie Corum Craig in Rockingham County. She retired from Fieldcrest Cannon Mills with 20 years of service. Mary attended The Church of God of Prophecy in Eden. She loved to sing and she sang along with Gospel and Blue Grass Country songs at the Eden Mall. Mary loved her flowers and seeing the birds.

She is survived by her daughter, Ruby Setliff (Tim), of Reidsville, sons, Randy Church (Wendy) of Montgomery, AL and Johnny Church (Cora) of Eden; brother, James Curtis Craig of Stokesdale and sister, Brenda Gladwell from Myrtle Beach, SC ;granddaughter, Ashley Setliff, step granddaughter’s Angel Allen (Nicholas) and Casey Cox; four great grandsons and two great greatgrandchildren.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her first husband Curtis Church and second husband Lester “Buck” Harris; brothers, Bobby Craig, Joe Craig, Howard Craig and Lonnie Craig; sisters, Shirley Tilley, Dorothy Kallam, Irene Cox, Barbara Pylant and Linda Stultz.
