Mary Alice Crouch Kingston

Mary Alice Crouch Kingston, 74, formerly of 1117 Lincoln Street in Eden and most recently of Eden Estates, passed away Tuesday night, August 19, 2014, at Hospice Home of Rockingham County.

A memorial service will be held at 5 PM on Friday, August 22, at Fair Funeral Home Chapel.

Mrs. Kingston was born February 16, 1940 in Rockingham County, NC, to the late Robert and Minnie Foley Crouch. She was a member of First Wesleyan Church of Eden.

She is survived by her daughter, Kim Kingston Smith and husband, Steve, of Summerfield; son, George Roger Kingston of Sparrows Point, MD; seven grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; brother, Milton Crouch of Eden; and sisters, Nellie Carter and Laverne Murray, both of Reidsville.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Newton Kingston; brothers, Paul and Ronnie Crouch; and sister, Marie Veasey.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Friday (4 - 5 pm) at Fair Funeral Home.
