Maritza Renee Norris, 45, of 1491 Farmbrook Rd., Ridgeway, VA passed away Sunday September 11, 2012 at her home. The funeral service will be Friday September 14, 3pm at Fair Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Mt. Herman Baptist Church Cemetery in Reidsville, NC.
Mrs. Norris was born August 28, 1967 to James R. Shelton and Carolyn Dyson Shelton in Eden, NC. She was a homemaker.
Surviving are her husband Douglas C. Norris of the home, one daughter Heather L. Shelton also of the home, father James R. Shelton of Stoneville, NC, one sister Janet M. Reynolds of Stoneville, NC, and one brother James Allen Shelton of Madison, NC.
She was preceded in death by her infant daughter, Amanda R. Somers; and mother, Carolyn Dyson Shelton.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 2 until 3pm at Fair Funeral Home Chapel, and other times at the home.
