Marie Martin Younts

Marie Martin Younts, 86, passed away April 21, 2022 at Rockingham Co. Hospice Home.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm, Monday, April 25th at Fair Funeral Home Chapel.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. A burial will follow the service at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.

Marie Younts was born September 11, 1935 to the late Moir Martin and Gertie Bowman Martin.  She attended Trinity Wesleyan Church.  Marie loved her family and spending time together. Her favorite place to visit was the beach.

She is survived by her husband, William Younts, one daughter, Dawn (Darin) Quesinberry, of Reidsville; three grandchildren, Brooke (Tyler) Acord, of Stoneville, Ashley (James) McDonald, of Stokesdale and Anna (Andrew) Knight, Hinesville, GA; two great-grandsons; Granger Acord and Henry McDonald; one sister, Macel Jones of Eden.

Along with her parents, Marie was preceded in death by her sisters; Hazel Stover, Margie Price, Evelyn Amburn, Myrtle Wray, Rachel Flynn, Jackie Whitt and Olene Barnes.
