Mandy Medlin Broome

Mandy Medlin Broome, 53, loving wife, mother and mammy, of 3691 Settle Bridge Road in Stoneville, passed away Monday morning, February 15, 2016, at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice in Winston-Salem.

 

A funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Friday, February 19, at Fair Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial to follow in Ridgeview Memorial Gardens.

 

Mandy was born December 29, 1962 in Durham County, NC.  She was the pastor's wife and a  member of New Beginnings Church in Eden.  Mandy was also the owner and operator of her own cleaning service.

 

She is survived by her husband, Eugene Broome of the home;  three daughters, Nicole Pollock and husband, Jerry of Madison, Megan Roberts and husband, Jeffery of Stoneville, and Jessica Broome of Stoneville;  grandchildren, Logan, Dakota, Olivia, Brenden, Landon, Taylor, and Joslyn who is on her way;  mother, May Sue Utsman Medlin;  brothers, Earl Medlin of Tennessee, Mark Medlin of Efland;  and sisters, Susie Carden of Durham and Joyce Grizzle of Hillsborough.

 

She was preceded in death by her father, Howard E. Medlin and brother, Norman Medlin.

 

The family will receive friends Thursday evening, 6 - 8 PM, at Fair Funeral Home.
