Lucille Price Carter

Lucille Price Carter, age 93 formerly of 2400 Harrington Hwy, Eden, passed away at Hospice Home of Rockingham County on Saturday evening November 22, 2014.

A funeral service will be held 2 pm Tuesday at Fair Funeral Home Chapel with visitation to be held one hour prior to the service from 1 -2 pm. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Carter was born August 4, 1921 in Rockingham County to the late Homer and Eva King Price. She was a member of Providence Baptist Church, a caregiver and loved to go Bowling.

She was preceded in death along with her parents by husband, William Cecil Carter; brothers, Leroy Tennyson Price and Bobby King Price, sister, Pauline Price Joyce.

Lucille is survived by sister-in-laws, Rachel S. Price and Dora V. Price both of Stoneville; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
