Lorraine Wilson Chambers

Lorraine Revell Wilson Chambers, 86, of 507 E. Meadow Road in Eden, passed away Friday morning, September 5, 2015, at The Nancy Turner Family Care Home.

A graveside service will be held at 10 AM on Monday, September 7, 2015, at Overlook Cemetery in Eden.

Ms. Chambers was born April 8, 1929 in Spray, NC, to the late Ernest Reid Wilson and Lena Mae Strutton Wilson. She was a member of the Draper Pentecostal Holiness Church.

She is survived by her son, James Raymond Chambers and wife Patricia, of Reidsville; grandson , Ray Chambers and wife Teri, of Raleigh; sister, Lois Wilson Horton and husband Charlie of Abilene, TX; special friend, Kenneth Hill of Danville, VA; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Chambers; brothers, Jack and Leonard Wilson; and sister, Leatrice Wilson.

Visitation will be held on Sunday evening at Fair Funeral Home from 6 - 8 PM and at other times at her home.
