Lori Leigh Moore Willette

Lori Leigh Moore Willette, 43, of Fayetteville, NC, passed away on her birthday, Tuesday, August 8, 2023, at Cape Fear Valley Health Care in Fayetteville.

A funeral service will be held at 1 pm on Monday, August 14th, 2023 at Fair Funeral Home Chapel in Eden, NC with Pastor Greg Robertson officiating, and burial will follow the service at Ridge View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Lori was born in Martinsville, Va. on August 8, 1980 and lived her first two years in Eden.  She was a graduate of NW Guilford High School. She enjoyed playing recreational basketball and was an avid UNC Tarheel Fan. Lori enjoyed her childhood and friends growing up in Greensboro, NC.  She loved living and playing with her older brother and he always loved and protected her in the Green Tree neighborhood where they both played. Lori’s most precious contribution to this world was most definitely her three beautiful children, Savannah, Andrew “Bubba” and Allison “Alley”.

Surviving are her three children, Savannah Willette Bracey (Connor) of Anchorage, Alaska, Andrew Willette IV and Allison Willette of Fayetteville; her parents, Larry G. and Deborah Jolley Moore of Reidsville; brother, Christopher G. Moore (Laura) of Bentonville, AR; her aunt, Kimberly Brush of Six Mile, S.C. and numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.

Lori is preceded in death by her grandparents, Betty G. Moore, Homer G. Moore, Betty J. Rogers and William (Bill) Jolley; uncles, Gregg W. Moore and William (Bill) Cravens;

The family will be meeting at other times at the home of her parents, 142 Streamside Drive, Reidsville, NC.
