Linda Wray Gibson

Linda Lea Wray Gibson, 79 of Reidsville, passed away Thursday, November 13, 2025 at Annie Penn Hospital.

A graveside service will be held at 1pm Thursday, November 20, 2025 at Dan View Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4-6pm Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at Fair Funeral Home.

Linda was born July 9, 1946, in Rockingham County, North Carolina, to the late Ivan Jefferson Wray and Lillian Hooker Wray. She worked as and Administrative Assistant with Challenges, adult home, until her retirement. Linda loved books of all kinds and was an avid reader. She loved spending time with family, especially her grandkids.

Surviving are her children, Dean Dishmon and Toby Dishmon; sister, Penny Eaton (Van); brother, Keith Wray (Faye); ten grandkids; five great-grandkids; numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Linda is preceded in death by her son, Keith Dishmon; brothers, Jeff Wray and Michael Wray; and sisters, Sharon Gregory, Debra Pendleton, and Jan Wray.
