Linda Canady Cook

Linda Canady Cook, age 77 of Reidsville, NC passed away Wednesday December 31, 2025 at her home. A Funeral Service will be held 2 pm Monday January 5, 2026 at the Fair Funeral Home Chapel, with a visitation to be held one hour prior to the service in the Funeral Home Chapel.

Linda was born August 17, 1948 in Rockingham County, NC to the late John Henry Hodges and Nellie Southard Hodges. She worked in the textile industry as a sewer. Surviving her are her son Billy Scott Canady, daughters; Lisa Purdy, Amanda Peoples, Crystal Canady Adkins and husband Josh, grandchildren; Isiah Canady, Joy Canady, Jacob Canady, Joshua Canady, Marlena Parker and husband Justin, Kaley Purdy, Aaron Peoples, Brice Peoples, Calub Adkins, Sierra Lewis, Tatum Denny, Manny Adkins and wife Megan, Jaima Adkins, great grandchildren; Keaton Canady, Axel Peoples, Roman Adkins and Joseph Carter. Preceding her in death along with her parents are her husband Billy Dodson Canady and sisters Grenatta Crews and Marie Hodges.
