Lena Anne Gordon

Lena "Anne" Gordon, 80, of Raleigh, NC, surrounded by family, passed away on December 30, 2014 after being diagnosed with late stage lung cancer in October, 2014.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Sunday, February 8, 2015, at 2 PM at the Anne Gordon Activity Center for Active Adults, Exchange Park, 1901 Spring Forrest Road in Raleigh, NC.

Anne was born on March 20, 1934 in Rockingham County. She was employed in 1963 by the City of Raleigh and retired in 1996 with the Raleigh Parks and Recreation Department as an activity supervisor which also included programming for senior adults.

Anne is survived by her brothers, Ashby Keen and wife, Agnes, Edward Keen and wife, Rochelle, both of Maryland; sisters, Viola Lohrbergs and husband, Bill, of Michigan, Linda Pardue and husband, Bill, of Boomer, NC, Alma Dean Stack Evett and husband, Gilbert, of Washington, NC, and Harriet Boswell Stack of Eden; and numerous nieces and nephews and their families.
