Landa Heath Ray

Landa Heath Ray, 52, of 207 S. Bethel Street in Eden passed away on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at UNC Rockingham Health Care.

A private service will be held at a later time.

Mr. Ray was born on August 14, 1965 in Rockingham County to the late Harry and Lanora Ray.  He enjoyed working in his garden and outdoors.  Landa was a true Rockin’ Roller that enjoyed spending time with his friends partying.  He loved to live life to the fullest but most of all he loved his family.  He will be greatly missed by all that knew him.

He is survived by his two daughters, Holly Ray of FL and Catlyn Ray of Eden; his four grandchildren, Derek Avera, Andy “A.J.” Hale, Zoey Hale and Abigayle Ray;girlfriend, Tina Nelson; three nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his son, Michael Ray.

The family request memorial contributions to be made to Fair Funeral Home; P.O. Box 337 Eden, NC 27289, to help with Mr. Ray’s funeral expenses.
