Kermit Lee Craven, 80 of Yanceyville, passed away Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at Yanceyville Health and Rehabilitation.
A graveside funeral service will be held Friday, April 3, 2026, at 2pm at Maple Lawn Baptist Church Cemetery, 5401 NC-65, Reidsville, NC 27320.
Kermit was born January 14, 1946, in Guilford County, North Carolina. He worked at Karastan Rug for over 40 years. In his younger years, Kermit was an avid hunter. He enjoyed being outdoors and spending time with his family.
Surviving are his uncle, Jacob Craven, and aunt, Jean Craven, as well as numerous cousins. He is preceded in death by his mother, Lodina Craven Corum.
