Kent Tucker

Kent Lane Tucker, 59, of Stoneville, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family and close friends on Thursday morning, November 14, 2019, at Hospice Home of Rockingham County.

A Service to celebrate Kent's life will be held 2 pm Friday the 22nd of November at Trinity Wesleyan Church. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. A private family burial will follow on Sunday at Overlook Cemetery.

Kent was born February 13, 1960 in Leaksville, NC, to the late William Bryant Tucker and Inez Burgess Tucker.  He was a member of Trinity Wesleyan Church and was employed by Bank of America.  Kent enjoyed playing golf, fishing, and spending time with his family and his dogs, Nitro and Beau and grand-dogs, Junior and Zoie and his cat, Reggie Bush.

He is survived by his wife, Lisa White Tucker, of the home;  daughter, Brittany Tucker;  daughter-in-law, Chelsea Tucker;  numerous nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, extended family, and dear close friends.

The family requests that any memorial donations be made to Hospice of Rockingham County, PO Box 281, Wentworth, NC  27375.
