Kenneth Wayne Dickerson

Kenneth “Wayne” Dickerson, 47, of Eden passed away Monday, October 23, 2023.
A graveside service will be held at 11am Friday, October 27, 2023, at Slaydon Family Cemetery on Slaydon Rd in Eden. Wayne will lie-in-repose from Noon to 5pm Thursday, October 26, 2023 at Fair Funeral Home.
Wayne was born February 1, 1976, in Rockingham County, NC, to Kenneth Dickerson and Tammy Spain Bailey. He worked several jobs through his life, and had a degree in carpentry. Wayne enjoyed fishing and four-wheeling. He loved the beach. Mostly, he loved to be floating on the river.
Surviving is his daughter, Destiny Nicole Dickerson of Eden; mother, Tammy Spain Bailey of Eden; fiancé, Lisa Jacobs of Stokesdale; one grandchild on the way; grandmother, Florine Hammock of Eden; uncle, Nathaniel Spain (Joan) of Eden; his dog, Tristan; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Wayne is preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Dickerson, and grandmother, Ruth Spain.
