Keith "Frog" Honeycutt Ellis

Keith “Frog” Honeycutt Ellis, 69, passed away Wednesday morning, June 16, 2021, at Hospice of Rockingham County’s Gibson House.

A memorial service will be held at 2 PM on Friday, June 18th, at Fair Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service (1 – 2 PM) at Fair Funeral Home and other times at the home, 1038 Trogdon Drive, in Eden.  For those that are unable to attend, the service will be live-streamed on the Fair Funeral Home Facebook page.

Born August 15, 1951 in Guilford County, NC, Keith was the son of the late Edward Raven Ellis, II and Lossie Honeycutt Ellis.  He graduated from Morehead High School, Class of 1970 and attended Draper Pentecostal Holiness Church.

He is survived by his wife, Janet Rodgers Ellis of the home; two daughters, Summer “Katie” Ellis and husband, Josh Shields, of Eden and Kasey Ellis of Hickory; a brother of Eden; a sister of Atlanta, GA; and numerous nieces and nephews.
