Keith Eugene Burton

Keith Eugene Burton, 66, passed away on Friday, October 21st at UNC Chapel Hill.

 A funeral service will be held Tuesday, October 25th at 2pm in the Fair Funeral Home Chapel with a visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Garden in Reidsville, NC.

Keith was born November 6, 1955 in Rockingham County to the late Howard Eugene Burton and Marie Gover Burton. He was a very loving husband and father.  One of his greatest joys was to be home with his family.  Keith also liked to fish and hunt and enjoyed visiting the Outer Banks and the Mountains of Virginia.  He worked as a Field Customer Service Rep. for Piedmont Gas Co./ Duke Energy for 32 years.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Judy Burton and his son Brandon Burton (fiancé Katie Hoffman) from Parrish, FL.  Keith is also survived by his uncle Rev. Paul "Buddy" Gover (Ann) and  his aunt, Sarah Mumford, (Tommy); his extended family, in-laws and special nieces.

Keith is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Steve Burton.
