Kay Frances Cardwell Martin, 77, passed away early Friday morning, May 29, 2020, at her home.

A memorial service will be held at 2 PM on Sunday, June 7, at Fair Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.

Mrs. Martin was born February 15, 1943 in Rockingham County, NC to the late Emory Dell Cardwell and Dorothy Wagoner Cardwell. She was a retired private sitter.

She is survived by her two daughters, June Agee and April McKnight, both of Eden; six grandchildren, Ashley Chatman, Whitney Agee, Makayla Simmons, Alicia Kelly, Leslie McKnight, and Mason Harris; five great-grandchildren; and her sister, Ann Tate of Reidsville.
