June Allen

June Allen, 78 of Eden, passed away Sunday, September 27, 2026 at HCA Florida Westside Hospital.

A funeral service will be held in the Fair Funeral Home Chapel, Saturday, October 10th at 2:00pm. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Dan View Cemetery.

June was born May 15, 1948 in Rockingham County, North Carolina, to the late George D. Allen and Effie Griffin Allen. She was a member of Charity Baptist Church. June had been a hairdresser, a machine operator at Sara Lee, and a cashier at a convenience store. She loved the beach and seafood. June always had a smile and kind words for everyone she met. She loved her children and grandchildren with all of her heart.

Surviving are her children, Gail McGuire (Tommy), Marty White (Hillary), Robin White, Tommy Wells (Tammie); grandchildren, Renee McGuire, Joseph White, Austin White, Angel Dickerson, Alli White, Bella Wells; four great-grandchildren; sister, Pat Kerulis of Sunrise, FL; nieces, Michele Jouett, Donna Baker, April Dartez, and Stacey Young.

In addition to her parents, June is preceded in death by her sister, Vickie Jacobs, and brothers-in-law, Fred Kerulis and Don Jacobs.
