Judy Ann Corum

Judy Ann Corum, 65, of 11853 NC Hwy 87 S., passed away early Monday morning at her home. 

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at Fair Funeral Chapel.  Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service (10- 11) and other times at the residence of her sister, Geneva.

Judy was born on October 20, 1952 to the late Thomas Taylor Corum and Mattie Oakley Corum.  She attended Dan River Wesleyan Church.  Judy worked most of her life for Annie Penn Hospital as a Nurses Aid.  She loved to drive, visit people and enjoy a good meal.  Judy will be greatly missed by all that knew her.

Miss Corum is survived by her three sisters, Geneva Barnes of Eden, Rugenia Wilmoth of Eden and Linda Joyner and husband, Charlie of Reidsville; her brother, Ralph Corum and wife, Eleanor of Eden; an abundance of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, Riley Corum and Hubert Corum; sister, Faye Woodard and special brother-in-law, Henry Barnes.

At the family’s request, memorial contributions may be made in Judy’s memory to charity of donor’s choice.
