Judith Lynn Jordan Meadows

Judith Lynn Jordan Meadows, 76, of Eden passed away Monday, December 26, 2022 at Annie Penn Hospital in Reidsville.

A funeral service will be held Thursday, December 29, 2022 at 2pm at Fair Funeral Home Chapel in Eden, NC. Burial will follow at Dan View Cemetery in Eden. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service, from 1-2pm, at Fair Funeral Home Chapel.

Judith was born November 30, 1946, in Beckley, WV, to the late James Ralph Jordan and Ethel Massey Jordan. She loved the Lord and was a member of Ridgeway Church of Christ. Judith worked as an LPN at Morehead Nursing Home in Eden for many years. Judith loved being a nurse and helping people. Judith loved her family and enjoyed spending her time with them. She loved nature and sharing it with her grandkids.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Melissa Hodge of Eden, Jennifer Southerland of Eden, Dereck Meadows (Sandra) of Eden; eight grandchildren, Stephen Hodge, Joseph Hodge, Heather Hodge, Lauren Hopkins, Jacob Southerland, Connor Southerland, Elias Meadows, Loretta Meadows; five great-grandchildren; sister, Lana Ford of Beckley, WV; brothers, Gary Browning and James Browning.
In addition to her parents, Judith is preceded in death by her husband, Marion E. “Bud” Meadows; brother, Kenneth Browning; sisters, Phyllis Walker, Cheryl Walker.
