Joyce Louise Gibbs Rieson, 70, of Eden passed away Monday, November 6, 2023.

Joyce was born November 1, 1953, to the late James Danny Gibbs and Margaret Lee Foley Gibbs. She worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant for many years. Joyce enjoyed gardening and cooking for her family. Most of all, she loved spending time with her grandkids.

Joyce is survived by her husband, Randy Wade Clifton; daughter, Kristy Anderson; sons, Luke Muncy and Brandon Rieson; stepdaughters, Phyllis Rieson, Tanya Hylton, and Kimberly Daniel; grandchildren, Robbie Muncy, Cody Muncy, Grayson Stewart, Cheyenne Muncy, Adalynn Muncy, Skyler Muncy, Alexis Anderson, Zoey Anderson, Nova Hylton, Brooke Clifton; great-grandchildren, Ryland Muncy; brother, James Danny Gibbs, Jr.; sisters, Rita Schoolfield, Connie Brookman, Carol Odell.

In addition to her parents, Joyce is preceded in death by her brother, Ronnie Burchell.
