Jolene Sagmoen Deaver

Jolene Sagmoen Deaver, 97, passed away August 26th at UNC Rockingham Health and Rehabilitation.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday, August 29th at 11:00am in the Fair Funeral Home Chapel with a visitation one hour prior to the service.  Jolene will be buried in her home town of Viroqua, WI.

Jolene was born February 21, 1926 on a farm in Coon Valley, Wisconsin.  She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Eden. She worked at Brown and Bigelow for 20 years making calendars. Jolene graduated High School in 1943 and then attended a Community College.

Jolene is survived by her daughter, Nancy Schuyler (Max); sons, David Deaver (Peggy), Dennis Deaver (Ruth); grandchildren, Tim Schuyler, Steve Schuyler, Curtis Deaver, Travis Deaver, Janet Deaver Price (Joey), Caitlin Deaver Anderson (Shawn), Craig Wise, Paige Higley (Rick); great-grandchildren, Aaron, Caleb, Joshua, Isaac, Noah and Sierra Schuyler, Bailey and Abigail Price, Elijah, Seth, Drake and David Deaver, Ella Anderson, Luke Anderson, Colin and Kole Wise, Cheyenne Adamson (Seth,) Cali Jane Provence and Billy Provence.

She is preceded in death by her husband, James Edward Deaver; parents Albert Sagmoen and Josephine Johnson Sagmoen; sons Gary Deaver, Ronald Deaver and Thomas Deaver; Siblings, Lloyd, Alice, Verlyn, Archie, Jeanette, Marian, Otis, Esther and Verna.
