Jimmy Lee Tuttle, 87 of Stoneville, passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at Ancora Compassionate Care in Reidsville.
A memorial service will be held at 3pm Sunday, May 25, 2025 at Fair Funeral Home Chapel in Eden. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service, from 2-3pm, at Fair Funeral Home Chapel.
Jimmy was born September 21, 1937 in Leaksville, NC, to the late Dewitt Tuttle and Virginia Fulcher Tuttle. He was a graduate of Stoneville High School, class of 1956. He was a member of Centenary United Methodist Church. Jimmy was a manager at Knight Oil Co. until his retirement. He was also a farmer, enjoying working outdoors and in the field. Jimmy was a charter member of the Shiloh Fire Department where he served as a Fire Chief and as a volunteer fireman for many years. He enjoyed wood-working, golf, and fishing. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
Surviving are his loving wife, Joan Vaughan Tuttle; sons, Mike Tuttle (Mona), Kevin Tuttle (Michelle), Chris Tuttle (Ashley); grandchildren, Brandy King (Phillip), Anna Lail (Jay), Austin Tuttle (Skylar), Haley Tuttle (Grayson), Lauren Tuttle; sisters, Jettie Lou Fulton and Elizabeth Tuttle; numerous nieces and nephews.
