Jeffery Melvin Fain

Jeffery Melvin Fain, 72, of Eden, passed away August 4, 2021 at UNC Health Care in Eden.

A Funeral Service will be held Monday, August 9, 2021, at 2:00pm in the Fair Funeral Home Chapel. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Mr. Fain was born in Leaksville, August 4, 1949.  He was a retired Ordained Minister and worked as an Insurance Agent for Western Southern.  Jeffery was also in the Country Music Industry and a musician and singer. Some of his talents were photography, writing and artistry. He loved fishing and working on his computer.

He is survived by his wife, Jane Douglas Fain of the home, daughter, Laura Fain, son, Matthew Fain (Shellie); grandchildren; Sarah (Mike) Greco, Sadie Fain, Emma and David Pulliam, great-grandchildren; Susie and Maggie; mother, Ruth Alling Fain; sister’s; Beverly Spence (Larry) and Catherine Dennell (William); aunt Constance Fidler, sister-in-law; Carol Douglas; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews

Mr. Fain is preceded in death by his father, Melvin Edgar Fain.
